GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
MBG Cypress core Group Training classes are designed to improve fundamental strength and conditioning. Each workout is structured so that every exercise can be performed at progressive levels, with our Certified Natural Trainers helping to guide you through these levels of exercises. We accomplish our goals through the use of a variety of techniques and tools, but never weight- or workout-machines.

In our training, we also integrate elementary skills such as running, jumping, crawling, and climbing. Though they may seem basic, these skills arm you with the functional stability, strength, stamina, and power you need to live your daily life with excellence.
We at MBG Cypress strongly believe that developing your skills and your body should be FUN; although we always work hard, we love to play, too! Come monkey around with us on our rig, and learn to hang, climb, and swing all over again.
