WHY SHOULD YOUR CHILD WORK OUT WITH US?
MBG Cypress’ Youth program is unique. We have small classes that allow the students to receive personalized attention, and sessions are led by Certified Natural Trainers who know how to challenge each student at his or her own level. This is not a cookie cutter program that requires every student to run through exercises the same way. MBG trains to master basic skills first, and then adds speed and resistance to those movements. This ensures the body will function at its peak during times of movement, from daily ones to the most powerful ones. In this way, we achieve excellence in functional, full-body movements; this is the kind of training that will impact students’ everyday lives in addition to their specific sport.
Year-Round Youth Fit
This class is ideal for 10-14 year old girls and boys who want to get or stay fit and active in a fun, challenging, and non-intimidating environment. It is also ideal for off-season athletes. This class will provide students with a significant foundation for functional fitness, healthy eating, and excellence in movement. We offer a third day per week solely for Eischens Yoga, where students learn to engage their body in active alignment. They will also learn how to provide feedback to others, enabling students to receive the greatest benefit from each pose. This extra class is incredibly beneficial for improving posture, stabilizing the body, preventing injury, and healing pain and tightness.

The Summer STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND ALIGNMENT (SCA) class is ideal for those who truly want to develop both a proper foundation for movement and incredible strength and stamina gains for athletic performance. This program concept is unique to all others and will include a well-rounded approach, providing the athlete to take their performance safely to a higher level. Included in the approach is full-body strength and conditioning training, Eischens Yoga for stability, strength, and injury prevention, and whole food nutritional guidance.
